Quick-Change Device for Pumping Unit Motor Pulley

Tianjin Longxin Petroleum Machinery Manufacturing Co., Ltd.'s Quick-Change Device for Pumping Unit Motor Pulleys 1. Introduction The quick-change device for pumping unit motor pulleys is a patented product independently designed and developed by our company. Compared to other types of quick-change devices, it features a simple structure, easy operation, and smooth performance.

Oil Rod Rotator

This rotator is designed to prevent the rod and tubing from experiencing consistent, localized wear by incorporating a self-rotating mechanism for the pumping rod. Installed on the traveling block, the device leverages the inertia generated by the alternating upward and downward strokes of the rod string, forcefully initiating a clockwise rotation that keeps the entire rod string continuously spinning inside the tubing. This motion effectively eliminates repetitive friction on the same areas of the pumping rod, ensuring even wear across both the centralizers and the parts most prone to eccentric wear—thereby extending the overall service life of the pumping rod.

Oil-resistant Tubing Anti-Wear Rotary Wellhead

This spinner is a wellhead tubing rotation device designed to prevent rods and pipes from experiencing consistent, localized wear. The device relies on manual operation to gently rotate the production string, shifting the position of tubing wear and ensuring even abrasion across the pipe surface—thereby extending the tubing's service life.

Helical Detacher

The upper and lower bodies come into contact, and the head of the central rod—equipped with a rail—enters the rail sleeve on the upper body. At this point, the head of the central rod is guided into the rail tube, where it triggers the downward compression of the spring as the upper and lower bodies begin to rotate relative to each other. Simultaneously, the upward movement of the sliding sleeve causes the rail key to engage fully with the corresponding rail groove, generating torque. As a result, the central rod rotates 90 degrees relative to the upper joint, ensuring that the rail key and groove achieve complete interlocking, thus completing the docking process. When disengagement is required, the operator lifts the sucker rod, causing the脱接器 (disconnect device) to move upward until it releases the joint. As the sliding sleeve’s rail key disengages from the lower body’s rail groove, the upper and lower bodies rotate 90 degrees relative to each other once again. Finally, under the guidance of the rail tube, the head of the central rod moves upward and exits the system, completing the disconnection process.

Pump Protector

The protective device installed on this rod pump is positioned at the upper part of the integral tubular rod pump. It serves to prevent sand, wax, scale, and other debris from settling in the well fluid within the upper tubing section of the pump, thereby avoiding their entry into the upper pump barrel. This helps reduce wear on the plunger and pump barrel, and even prevents potential pump jamming incidents.

Constant-pressure Drainage Device

The constant-pressure drain device shares essentially the same structure, operating principle, and usage method as the conventional baffle-type oil drain器—except that hydraulic pressure is applied directly into the tubing. This system pressure acts on a metal constant-pressure disc installed in the radial port of the drain device. When the pressure difference across the metal disc reaches a preset value, the disc ruptures and detaches, creating an oil-drainage and fluid-discharge hole that leads to the annulus between the tubing and casing. The core technology lies in replacing the traditional copper baffle of the conventional baffle-type oil drainer with a new type of constant-pressure disc used in the constant-pressure drain device. This innovative disc technology ensures that the opening pressure of the drain device is both precise and highly reliable.

Soft-seal plunger oil pump

The soft-seal plunger pump is a newly developed pump specifically designed to thoroughly address the issues of plunger sand-binding and wax buildup in fixed valves caused by sand, scaling, and wax deposition in oil wells. The soft-seal rubber cup is a product jointly researched and developed by our company and a high-tech firm in Canada.

High-efficiency Wax- and Scale-Prevention Oil Enhancement Device

The is a cutting-edge technology product that integrates magnetic and fluid dynamics principles, designed specifically to work with rod-pumped oil extraction systems. It effectively prevents wax and scale buildup, enhances pump efficiency, and boosts individual well productivity. The device is installed directly beneath the pumping unit but above the screen pipe. By utilizing the energy from the pumping system, as crude oil flows through this innovative device during production, its unique structural design generates cavitation effects and acoustic vibrations. Moreover, under the influence of a powerful, high-energy magnetic field, the device creates a synergistic coupling effect between acoustic and magnetic fields.
