Constant-pressure Drainage Device
The constant-pressure drain device shares essentially the same structure, operating principle, and usage method as the conventional baffle-type oil drain器—except that hydraulic pressure is applied directly into the tubing. This system pressure acts on a metal constant-pressure disc installed in the radial port of the drain device. When the pressure difference across the metal disc reaches a preset value, the disc ruptures and detaches, creating an oil-drainage and fluid-discharge hole that leads to the annulus between the tubing and casing. The core technology lies in replacing the traditional copper baffle of the conventional baffle-type oil drainer with a new type of constant-pressure disc used in the constant-pressure drain device. This innovative disc technology ensures that the opening pressure of the drain device is both precise and highly reliable.
