Helical Detacher

The upper and lower bodies come into contact, and the head of the central rod—equipped with a rail—enters the rail sleeve on the upper body. At this point, the head of the central rod is guided into the rail tube, where it triggers the downward compression of the spring as the upper and lower bodies begin to rotate relative to each other. Simultaneously, the upward movement of the sliding sleeve causes the rail key to engage fully with the corresponding rail groove, generating torque. As a result, the central rod rotates 90 degrees relative to the upper joint, ensuring that the rail key and groove achieve complete interlocking, thus completing the docking process. When disengagement is required, the operator lifts the sucker rod, causing the脱接器 (disconnect device) to move upward until it releases the joint. As the sliding sleeve’s rail key disengages from the lower body’s rail groove, the upper and lower bodies rotate 90 degrees relative to each other once again. Finally, under the guidance of the rail tube, the head of the central rod moves upward and exits the system, completing the disconnection process.
