1. Market Development and Customer Management: Responsible for conducting market research across national oil exploration & development, refining & chemical processing, and oil & gas storage & transportation sectors. This includes in-depth analysis of industry trends, policy directions, and competitor dynamics, enabling the development of tailored regional sales strategies and annual sales plans to ensure the achievement of key company targets such as sales revenue and market share. Proactively identify potential customer needs, establish and maintain long-term strategic partnerships with core clients—including state-owned oil giants, local oilfields, refining and chemical enterprises, and engineering firms—while regularly following up with customers to address any challenges in collaboration, ultimately enhancing customer satisfaction and loyalty.
2. Comprehensive Sales Process Management: Lead the full-cycle management of sales for petroleum equipment (such as drilling rigs, wellhead systems, oil transfer pumps and valves, refining & chemical reactors, and oil-gas separation units), including aligning with customer needs, customizing solutions, negotiating quotes, signing contracts, and closely monitoring contract execution. Coordinate across departments like engineering, production, and logistics to ensure timely delivery, installation, commissioning, and seamless after-sales service—all while adhering to order specifications. This approach helps keep projects on track, minimizes execution risks, and ensures smooth project progression. Additionally, promptly follow up on sales payment collections, develop tailored recovery plans, and guarantee that the cash collection rate meets established targets.
3. Team Building and Capability Enhancement: Build and manage the sales team effectively, clearly defining each member’s roles, responsibilities, and performance targets. Develop a robust evaluation and incentive system to motivate the team and boost their enthusiasm. Regularly organize internal training sessions—covering topics such as specialized knowledge of oil equipment, advanced sales negotiation skills, and insights into industry policies—to enhance team members’ professional expertise and business acumen. Together, we’ll cultivate a sales force that excels in market development and delivers exceptional customer service. Additionally, lead the team in overcoming challenging sales obstacles, share successful case studies and practical experiences, and foster a collaborative, forward-moving team culture.
4. Brand Promotion and Resource Integration: Participate in the company’s oil equipment brand promotion activities, such as industry trade shows (e.g., CIPPE China International Petroleum & Petrochemical Technology & Equipment Exhibition), technical seminars, and customer launch events, to enhance the brand’s visibility and influence within the oil industry. Additionally, integrate industry resources—including suppliers, partners, and industry associations—by establishing a robust resource-sharing platform to support sales efforts. Finally, gather market feedback and customer insights, promptly relaying them to the R&D and production teams to drive product iteration and upgrades, ultimately strengthening the product’s market competitiveness.
