Constant-pressure Drainage Device
Detailed description
How it works
The constant-pressure drain device shares essentially the same structure, operating principle, and usage method as the conventional baffle-type oil drain. The key difference lies in the method of applying hydraulic pressure directly into the tubing: system pressure acts on a metal constant-pressure disc installed within the radial holes of the drain device. When the pressure differential across the metal disc reaches a preset value, the disc ruptures and detaches, instantly creating an oil-drainage and fluid-discharge port that connects to the annulus between the tubing and casing. At the heart of this technology is the innovative constant-pressure disc used in the drain device—replacing the traditional copper baffle found in standard baffle-type oil drains. This advanced disc technology ensures that the opening pressure of the constant-pressure drain device is both precise and highly reliable.
